Working at the Cajal Institute
The Cajal Institute’s priority is to ensure that all staff have an adequate work environment that meets their personal and professional needs. This involves providing resources and ongoing training for the development of technical, scientific and transversal skills, thus promoting the personal and professional growth of each team member.
Furthermore, the Institute strives to ensure the best conditions of safety and well-being in the workplace, promoting a healthy, inclusive and respectful environment.
The Cajal Institute, as a CSIC research centre, also guarantees fair remuneration in line with the responsibilities of each position, accompanied by clear prospects for long-term professional development.
Finally, special importance is given to the balance between work and personal life, through the implementation of flexible hours, support in time management and policies that promote conciliation, such as the breastfeeding room. In this way, the Cajal Institute seeks to create a space where work and personal development can coexist in harmony, thus ensuring an enriching and motivating environment for all its staff.
